2020 This company has been great from start to finish from the gentlemen who came out to measure name Randy. Randy measured all the windows I wanted to order shutters for and I told him that I was unsure of what it cost so I wanted to be able to remove a window if need be. The covid 19 was very high and I waited 6 months(2021) until I had my vaccine to call them to fill my order and Melissa was wonderful and understanding and told me to call them when I was ready. I received a scheduled time to install and instructions for the installation. My brother unexpectedly passed and the installation was the day after the funeral so I left a message to reschedule and I was called right away to reschedule and later I received another call to ensure that I was taken care of. Dealing with the office staff has been so wonderful because they are so professional and kind. During these days we have to give credit where it is due because life is short and we need to let people know we value their kindness and professionalism. Thank you to the staff at Wholesale shutters. Looking forward to my installation today. August 8, 2022 Update: my shutters still look great and I took some pictures today.

I like to first of all take the time to thank Melissa Ceniceros for the extremely best customer service. Business always start with the Frontline staff and because of her the process was seamless. It’s a very easy process you send in your tentative measurements and based On that information provided they provide an estimate. Someone will come out and verify the measurements I happen to be lucky because I got Pete and he has over 20 years of experience.Literally one week later I received a call to schedule my insulation date which would’ve been two weeks from the date I initiated my contact to wholesale shutter company. Yesterday the final product arrived Pete was clean thorough and experienced. I will post before and after pictures. Please understand it does not matter how far the company is from your house they were accommodate you and they will follow our COVID-19 rules and regulations for both the employees and the customers. This company only takes cash, Visa or checks. My shutters change my whole house. I already had a beautiful condo and now it is extremely gorgeous.
In had an exceptional experience from the beginning through installation of my shutters. Melissa always went above and beyond to answer any and all of my questions. She was very patient with me, since I really took my time before deciding to move ahead with my purchase. Randy was great when he came put to show me my options and provide my estimate. Answered my questions and was very honest and thorough. Roberto installed my shutters and did a wonderful job. He was able to help my husband fix a problem with our drywall to make the shutter fit flush. He was very professional and did them fairly quick too. Overall, outstanding company from the beginning to the end. I would recommend them to anyone!
My husband and I used Wholesale Shutters for the 2nd time for our home in South Orange County. These are the highest quality shutters with superb installation. We had them installed in our whole house. I would highly recommend Wholesale Shutters to anyone who wants perfection and professionalism. I worked with Melissa both times, she is absolutely the best! She is very nice, and she really knows her products and is really great to work with. Hector did our installation both times as well. He was absolutely perfect.
